Regarding our shipping policies:

• We welcome online and phone orders: 765-938-1818
• Orders will be shipped within two business days unless the item is not in stock, in which case the buyer will be notified of the delay via e-mail.
• Most packages will be shipped via USPS.

RETURNS

Regarding returns, we hope that you will always be happy with your purchase from In Stitches, but if you are not, we want to make it right for you!

• ALL REFUNDS are an in-store credit.
• Refunds should be requested within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise!
• Shipping charges will be refunded only in the event of defective merchandise.
• We cannot accept returns on cut fabrics or copyrighted materials
• Returned kits are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and must be complete
• Class registrations are considered confirmed at the time of registration. Should the class be canceled, you will have a choice of a refund or in-store credit for the class fees.
